It's green outside, red inside and until you taste it you do not know if it's good or not. Watermelon is one of the most delicious and popular fruits in the summer.
In 100 grams of watermelon, 90 percent water, 0 percent fat, 0 percent cholesterol, 0 percent sodium, 112 mg potassium (3 percent of daily consumption), 8 grams of carbohydrate (2 percent of daily consumption) (1%), 6 grams of sugar, 0.6 grams of protein (1 percent), vitamin C (13 percent of daily consumption), vitamin A, iron (1 percent) and magnesium (2 percent).
